As a Software Engineer at Fern, you will play a key role in designing and building robust, scalable systems that power our AI agent infrastructure and applications. You’ll write high-quality, maintainable code and collaborate across the product lifecycle, helping to push the boundaries of what organized agentic AI can achieve.

You’ll work across the stack, building cloud-native systems, scalable APIs, and intuitive interfaces.
We believe the ability to learn and adapt is more important than knowing any specific technology. That said, you’ll encounter:
• Backend: Python, Golang
• Frontend: TypeScript (React), Tailwind CSS, NextJS
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
• Data & Storage: Redis, MongoDB
